Course Description

Open year round, Point Mallard Golf Course is a 200 acre course located between the entrance of Point Mallard Park and the Tennessee River. The design of the course follows the contours of the landscape, utilizing existing trees and a number of small streams and ponds. The 6,988 yard , 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course has been left as natural as possible. "Highways", the official publication of the Good Sam Camping (RV) Club has named the course as one of it's "Top Five RV GolfCourses" in the U.S. Others include Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, FL & Spanish Oaks, Spanish Fork, UT. The course has a rating of 115 and a 72.2 slope.

Driving Directions

Point Mallard is located just a few minutes off Interstate 65 midway between Nashville, TN and Birmingham, AL. If traveling south on I-65, take Decatur Exit 340. If traveling north on I-65, take Decatur Exit 334.
